These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and software platform (“Services”). Please read them carefully. By using LegionSuite, you agree to these Terms including the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.


1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use LegionSuite.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may not use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.


2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


3. Payments and Billing

LegionSuite is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may adjust pricing with notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new rates.


4. Intellectual Property

LegionSuite and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Services without written permission.


5. Third-Party Services

LegionSuite may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, Google Workspace).

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services.


6. Data & Privacy

Your use of LegionSuite is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your data.

By using our Services, you grant us the right to process and store data as needed to operate LegionSuite.


7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

From time to time, maintenance or outages may occur.

We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.


8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services.

Upon termination, your right to use LegionSuite ends immediately, but certain obligations (e.g., payment, liability limitations) will survive.


9. Disclaimers

LegionSuite is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee results, outcomes, or specific business performance.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegionSuite and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of LegionSuite after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.


Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the LegionSuite Services. By using LegionSuite, you agree not to misuse our Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.


1. Lawful Use Only

You may not use LegionSuite for any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.


2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Send Spam: No unsolicited bulk emails, SMS, robocalls, or messages.

Spread Malicious Content: No viruses, malware, ransomware, or code intended to disrupt systems.

Infringe Rights: No uploading, sharing, or distributing content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.

Promote Illegal Activity: No use of LegionSuite for fraud, scams, money laundering, or other illegal activities.

Harass or Abuse: No threats, harassment, or hate speech directed at individuals or groups.

Misrepresent Identity: No falsifying sender information, disguising origins, or impersonating others.


3. System & Network Security

You may not attempt to:

Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.

Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of LegionSuite or related systems.

Interfere with service performance (e.g., denial-of-service attacks).


4. Resource Abuse

You may not use LegionSuite in a way that:

Consumes excessive bandwidth or storage that disrupts other users.

Circumvents usage limits or quotas defined by your plan.


5. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content and communications you create, send, or manage using LegionSuite. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates this AUP.


6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. We may also report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
