I started Legion Readiness because I saw a gap in an underserved but important industry. Security is often overlooked until it's too late. Whether it’s identifying risks or developing professionals, my focus is always on actionable solutions to fit your needs.
My perspective comes from my time as a Green Beret in the US Army. I retired after 21 years of service and have followed that with 10 years in various types of consulting and corporate security leadership.
The classic role of a Green Beret is to serve as a combat advisor: teaching, guiding, and helping others succeed in uncertain environments. That same advisor mindset is at the core of what I do today as a security consultant.
